I have seen where many others have had this same problem, but no one has gotten a fix. I have been told by Paypal plus (GE Money) that it's not their problem -- Paypal.com has to fix it. Paypal.com says it's not their problem, Paypal Plus Credit Card has to fix it. One said that it's supposed be fixed on Oct 3rd and another says Oct 31st. One said they've not heard there's a problem, another said that they've heard it's because paypal hasn't uploaded files they need to upload. Everyone blames everyone else or says it's not a problem - yet we can't access our reward points, check for fraudulent activity, or pay on our balance.
Doesn't *anyone* out there know what's going on and when it's going to be fixed?

I am also having the same problem. There were some fraudulant charges on my Paypal Mastercard so I closed my card and they re-issued a new card to me. Since that time my card has not shown up on Paypal. I have called Paypal Mastercard customer service numerous times about this issue and they always tell me it will be fixed within 4 days! They still have not fixed it. I am so frustrated with this card that I seriously think it would be better to cancel it then have the headache of trying to work with these people. Noone seems to know how to get anything done. This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with any of my credit card companies. Is there anything you can do to help me get this fixed? Please don't tell me to call customer service again because calling them is a total waste of time. They lie to you and tell you they will fix it and they never do.

I am having the same issue and I paid off my balance last week. This is sad. The GE folks say its a PP issue, the PP folks transferred me to GE. I rely heavily on tracking my transactions online. I not only use PP personally but all of my company's CC charges go through PP.
Does anyone know to call to get this fix real time rather than waiting days/weeks to get fixed.

I'm having the same issue. I had to cancle my existing card since my wallet was stolen, and upon getting the reissued card, my Paypal extras mastercard doesn't show up on my paypal page.

Hi Olivia,
I contacted PayPal Mastercard on March 12th with the same complaint as the rest. My card information was avail. March 8th and then shortly after that, nothing. I have called PayPal and GE numerous times over the last several days and still waiting for my card to get linked. The sad thing about this is I know the procedures and steps they take you through by heart and after coming to this Community today it's very clear that I am only 1 of many dealing with this frustrating and REOCCURRING problem. I have lost count how many times my PayPal Mastercard gets 'unlinked' from my PayPal account. THAT IS WHY I APPLIED FOR THIS CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE SEVERAL YEARS AGO...TO USE IT, AND ONLY IT, WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!! I don't think that anyone should feel this HELPLESS. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

I have never had any problems with paypal in the past. I love paypal. It's just there is a common reoccuring problem that they don't seem to be addressing approiately. I would really like to be able to continue using paypal and have access to my credit card online. I would hate to have to cancel this card. What can I do? I have contacted several people, mostly people with strange accents. It's frustrating to have a problem as common as this and then have someone on the other side of the world try to get you support for a problem they do not understand. I spoke very slowly with short, simple words. Can I at least get a number to someone in the western hemisphere? I speak a Spanish and French fairly well, South America, Canada, any where like that would be fine with me. I just need someone I can speak to about this to get it resolved.

Why can't I access my PayPal Plus account? Why is this so hard. Are you having legal trouble? Have all the techies gone on a hiatus?
I dn't mind referring to it as a PayPal Extras account, if that's what it became. but I don't have access to that, either.
You certainly don't have any trouble showing me the ad for signing up for the account!! Redirect some of your resources to make PayPal work correctly. [Can you tell I'm frustered and flustrated?]
