I too am having the same problem. When trying to update my credit cards, i get to the "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" page no matter what browser or computer I am on.

Hi Olivia, I'm having the same issue. I had to cancle my existing card since my wallet was stolen, and upon getting the reissued card, my Paypal extras mastercard doesn't show up on my paypal page.
