Am wondering why the transaction fee includes the shipping cost. That shipping is paid to USPS so why does PayPal add that to your transaction and then charge you for it.

You pay Paypal to process a 'payment' for you.
However that payment is made up is irrelevant really.
Advice is voluntary.
