I am setting up paypal for when i stream on Twitch for donations and such but was unaware that i had to be 18 so i set up a business account and put my bank details in. However i then have a notification saying that if i dont confirm my date of birth by the 16th October then the account will be closed it just so happens 10 days after this date on the 26th i will turn 18 is there any way for money to still come into this account but i cannot withdraw until i turn 18?? Or do i have to close the account and re-open when i'm 18.
Paypal 'may' give you permission to open another account when you are 18 but you would have to wait 180 days post closure for any funds in your old account to be able to be withdrawn.
