Hi I bought a footstool on ebay from someone selling lots of new footstools offering a variety of legs. When it came it didn't look right so requested a refund but she said she didn't accept them. I pointed out that she had to as only price sellers sells can refuse a refund she said she was but clearly it's a business. Ebay won't reopen the case I need help

You can still file a Not-as-Described claim through your PayPal account and once you have escalated it, PayPal will step in and investigate this on your behalf.
