Hi! I have created a gmail address and I have received a mail from PayPal aking me to confirm my new PayPal account. I DID NOT DO A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!! DO PAYPAL STEEL GMAIL ADDRESSES???? and phone numbers?
What is this?

Of course not, but fraudulent email spammers will send out spam emails to email addresses and what not at random. Forward the email to spoof@paypal.com and then delete it.
