I received money from an unknown person named Hugh <removed>. I don't know why he send me the money in several parts.
he claimed unauthorized payment within 10 minutes after sending the money. I refunded all the money at same time. Now my account has been limited and PayPal asked several questions and I followed the steps as PayPal indicated. After two days my account released. But my account has negative balance of 6.31£ while 16+£ has been deducted for what I don't know.
Can anyone explain, why?
How anyone send the money without my permission?
If he send by mistake then why I have charged for more than 19£?
Hopefully PayPal look into this matter and help me.
I am a philatelist, I use PayPal for buying the stamps for my collection.
