Is Is it safe to pay by paypal on unknows site , I am thinking to buy a item from https://www.hitmint.com/   not know it is legit or not 

I found payment method is paypal , wondering is it safe to pay ?

what if don't receive item , Can I dispute ?

does paypal support if some site implemented payment method as paypal . ?

If something goes wrong, you can open a PayPal dispute:

Note: there is a difference between not receiving purchase at all and receiving something item not as described so make sure you open the right case.
