How to remove pending payments?

I’ve made the same purchase with fenwick multiple times because the site just kept saying error I now have 3 pending payments on my PayPal and no goods are coming so there’s no need to charge me is there a way to remove them or speak to an actual person I’ve tried messaging and calling to get a robot

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
