Do I have buyer protection if I purchase from someone personally as long as I have an invoice?

As long as you pay using goods/services then you have buyer protection BUT that protection is not a 100% coverall so read up on it first.
Also make sure the item is fully described on the invoice or money request in case you have to raise a dispute for item received but not as described.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
