Hello! My daughter, who is a minor, wants to raise money by doing art and having people pay her for it. However, she can't make her own PayPal, since she's under 18. Would she be allowed to have the money be sent to mine, so that she can still receive pay?

You would be responsible for the taxable income on it if it goes over 200 transactions and $20k as it would be under your SSN or EIN (if you signed up for that) as well as disputes and liabilities, operation of the account, etc.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
