Refund money on hold

I have received a refund amount from a seller. The refund amount is on hold waiting for more information i.e tracking number etc. Knowing that my Paypal account is new. one week old only. How to transfer this amount from on hold to my balance ?

Mark the transaction as processed through the add tracking button by clicking the transaction and then ask the sender to confirm receipt or just wait until PayPal releases the money with 21 days + up to 24 hrs for the money to appear. The seller should have refunded you through the original transaction or if the original transaction is older than 180 days, send you a friends and family payment so there is less chance for a hold.
