bank account problem

hi, i have a big problem with my account.
i try to add my bank account, paypal do the transfer (send me around 0,10 chf).
but now, when i click on "confirm bank account" a blank page opens.
this probem continues for 2 month ago

I have the exact same problem..

When I received the transaction from PayPal, I clicked on "Confirm bank"

But then appears only a blank page:

I tried it with my Phone, Laptop and several other internet browsers and nothing worked out.

I hope they resolve the problem..

I am sorry to hear that you cannot confirm your bank. If you haven't already, please make sure to clear your cache and cookies, delete your browser history and wait for 48 hours to let the system reset. Otherwise, I would recommend calling our Customer Service to report the issue. 

If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'.

my account therefore remains useless
