Withdrawal to the card?

Can someone explain why sometimes I get the funds in my Bank account after 24 hours, and sometimes it takes 7 days? Always the status of the transaction is completed, but when I call the Bank they say money is not in? This is confusing? Back in the days when I used another Bank once I do the transfer, it gets done after 3 minutes, btw my Bank is in Serbia, Any advice what to do?

I'm sorry to hear that your withdrawals are not ending up in your bank in a consistent amount of time. If the withdrawal is ever held pending review, that might add some time on the PayPal side of things. If there isn't a hold or if the hold is released and the funds are still not arriving quickly in your card issuing bank, I'm afraid that would likely be the bank's side of things. If ever a withdrawal does not reach your bank within 14 days, PayPal can request a trace of the funds.
