Please I am from Nigeria and I tried to link my visa debit card to my PayPal account but it's saying card not accepted. What should I do next please?

I'm sorry to hear that the card isn't accepted when trying to add it to your account. Please take a look at these troubleshooting tips for problems adding a card.
