I keep getting this error message when trying to transfer to my bank. I have used paypal many times in the past and have successfully transferred to the same account Im trying to use today. What is with this sudden error? It wont even let me send someone else money.

No, I still can not complete the transfer. I even contacted customer support and waited for a response for over 4 hours now and still haven't heard from them.

I'm sorry to hear that your withdrawals and payments were not successful. declines can happen for a few different reasons. For real-time troubleshooting, please contact customer service by phone. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in or call as a guest.
