The system won't let me accept my money and transfer it to my bank account.

My account says I have money waiting for me to accept it. I click to accept it, and I'm taken to a screen that prompts me how I want my money (bank or keep it in paypal). I click to transfer it to my bank, and the system says there's nothing to transfer! Why is PayPal not letting me transfer my money to my approved bank account. I've contacted the helpdesk, but to no avail--everyone responds with the same automated response to clear cache etc, which I've done. I've tried doing this in a new browser and from a different computer. Nothing works, and my money has been locked up here for nearly TWO MONTHS.

May help if you say which country you are in so we can start to advise you.

Also can you say what country the payment is in and what currency?

Hi, thanks for posting to our Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with receiving funds. Please try selecting 'Keep it in PayPal', instead of 'transfer to your bank'. Once the funds are visible as an available balance, you can transfer them to your bank. Please let us know if that helps!
