My account says I have money waiting for me to accept it. I click to accept it, and I'm taken to a screen that prompts me how I want my money (bank or keep it in paypal). I click to transfer it to my bank, and the system says there's nothing to transfer! Why is PayPal not letting me transfer my money to my approved bank account. I've contacted the helpdesk, but to no avail--everyone responds with the same automated response to clear cache etc, which I've done. I've tried doing this in a new browser and from a different computer. Nothing works, and my money has been locked up here for nearly TWO MONTHS.
