Problem with "You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery"

Hi I putted first USP instead of USPS as shipping carrier. But when I changed it to USPS I got next message:

You have recently updated your shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery.

I sent package from USA to Italy and for that shipping ID I provided there is no "Delivered" status, but however I can see that I can withdraw money anyways? Whats wrong? Is this just default  message or?

Have this problem also, but we can recieved the money after 1 day right? even though it's not yet delivered?

I also have the same problem.

Very better If we could switch to a different payment gateway like Stripe which is really very great when sending and receiving payment If compared. That's the only solution...I think as many of my friends who work for US financial institutions thought that PayPal has implemented such a worthless technique to HOLD millions of dollars every day just to enhance their fund capacity by showing some silly/useless reasons to their customers... But, I don't know the exact reason which is in behind this game blaming algorithms and etc.,

But, Anyhow, PayPal is teaching us a lesson that we should be ready to have the best PayPal alternatives soon... And, please don't get me wrong If you are unable to understand my pain.

I have the same problem. Promotional event through manufacturer. After purchasing an item from a hosted site they chose winners to be refunded through PayPal. Nothing but someone giving me money why isn’t there a way to just pay someone through PayPal? And you all wonder why nobody wants to use your services. Seriously you have to figure this out. Let me tell you what if you could figure out a way to allow me to send and receive money instantly like.....everyone else, I would only use PayPal for everything including commerce banking.

Ahh ok, so I am not the only having this problem right now. Yeah, I sold an item on Friday the  24 of July, it was delivered to the buyer on Sunday the 26th. Was told I'd receive my payment 1 day after delivery. It's Tuesday, going on Wednesday and it's still on hold.

PayPal should have the option of allowing us to upload delivered evidence. Furthermore, PayPal should have a way to automate the delivery monitoring process instead of sending an email asking customer for confirmation. It is unfair for the seller to wait for buyer to reply to every confirmation since not all buyer would even care about confirming after receiving the products or services. 21 days is just too long. It's a burden for sellers who need their cash flow. We have already paid enough of transaction fee to PayPal, PayPal should act fairly in this matter.
