Problem transferring to bank

When I try to transfer my PayPal balance to my bank, it shows the transfer amount as $0.00, and I see no way to change that.

Click on it and enter the amount you want to send.

Sometimes its tricky if you are using the paypal app if so then use another device to log in and not the app.

Did not realize that you enter the amount by typing it in at the end of the  "0.00"
