How does my customer confirm delivery of items without them being shipped

Click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details, select an order status, then ask the other party to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction to release funds.

Thank you! It keeps telling me that they are experiencing technical difficulties at this time! I dropped off the cups that I sold to them and they paypaled the purchase amount instead of me taking a check(I’m scared to accept them! Lol)
