I recently (last night) transfered $17 from my paypal account to my bank account. As soon as it showed up in my bank account, I was hit with a transaction that said WEBPAYPAL (RETRY PYMT) / Withdrawal-ACH-A-PAYPAL WEBPAYPAL (RETRY PYMT) for $8.94. Does anyone know what this is for?
