Today PayPal finally released a payment they have had on hold of mine. I later recieved an email saying the funds were available and I could transfer them to my bank. I went to the paypal app and filled out the transfer and paid another transaction fee of $4. That was the second fee, the first one was$12. I wanted the money right away so that's why it was so much. I then submitted the transfer and immediately got a message saying they need to put the money on hold for 3-5 days after I just paid to have it sent in minutes. Anyone else ran into this problem?
