My funds was on hold

Okay I get it that I'm a new seller but why is it on hold even though its been 5 days after the product was shipped? and 1 orders that worth 2,000 usd was not eligible for seller protection even though i shipped it. WTH is happening to paypal.

Philippines shipping carriers are not supported for confirming delivery so you might have to wait up to 21 days for release of funds as long as the buyer does not report a problem sometime before then.

I have logistics based on france so the shipment was made from france to the sellers. @sharpiemarker

But your PayPal account is PH so you'll still have to wait until PayPal releases the funds. If you have a France PayPal account, the system is typically set up to be able to verify delivery automatically to release funds upon 24/48 hrs of delivery. Don't know about Philippines.
