For some reason, my account was limited and I need to provide information on account activity. After clicking the button, i wrote an explanation and then when I click continue, the error below shows up: Sorry — your last action could not be completed If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity. If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again. Okay I get it that I'm a new seller but why is it on hold even though its been 5 days after the product was shipped? and 1 orders that worth 2,000 usd was not eligible for seller protection even though i shipped it. WTH is happening to paypal.  ... View more

I've created an invoice for a customer because he ordered $2000 usd worth of goods. Now upon his payment, the Seller Protection status on me was Not elligble? Should i not ship or should i ship? cause after googling, few years back, this happened because of a glitch. Now i think too because I've read the terms and agreements. Seller protection applies to me because it is a tangible item. Searching for the same case with mine here on community forum but no one answered them. Please help ... View more
