For some reason, my account was limited and I need to provide information on account activity. I've created an invoice for a customer because he ordered $2000 usd worth of goods. Now upon his payment, the Seller Protection status on me was Not elligble? Should i not ship or should i ship? cause after googling, few years back, this happened because of a glitch. Now i think too because I've read the terms and agreements. Seller protection applies to me because it is a tangible item. Searching for the same case with mine here on community forum but no one answered them. Please help ... View more
