My customer did fund transfer from Singapore to my pay pal account but it's not in account balance. The money is in pending. Please let me know how to get the money to my bank account?

If you have recently received a payment and you are a new seller on PayPal, it sounds like the funds could be held on your account as part of our new seller payment holds policy.
