Bank account and Debit Card is Already Linked!!

I'm trying to add my bank account as well as debit card but it is throwing error of bank account & debit card is already linked

I made it sure it isn't linked anywhere since it's showing error

If you are receiving an error message advising that your bank is already active on PayPal, you would need to reach out to our customer service team directly and we can look into this further for you. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' option. If no number shows on the next page, please click the 'Call as a guest' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
