Withdrawal / transfer to local bank

I'm using a business account made in Malaysia, looking to transfer from USD (PayPal) to MYR (local bank).

Looking at other similar enquiries, I understand that I must have at least 40MYR (forty) remaining in balance before the transfer would go through, and that the minimum transfer amount is also 40MYR?

If so, were I only to have 40MYR in my PayPal (and the minimum transfer being also 40MYR), would I still be able to make the transfer even if I would have no balance remaining in my PayPal account?

And that if I were to make a transferal of less than 400MYR (four hundred), I'd incur a 3.5% service fee for conversion (got that from sharpiemarker's comment in another post https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/My-Money/Withdrawal/m-p/2800831#M237115)?

P.S.
Is there a way for me to check if my bank account link is successful? I see my bank account on my dashboard but it also said 'checking' before my bank account number.

Hello @Shinobikun,

Welcome to the Community Forum. The "Checking" next to your bank is in reference to the type of bank, ie. "Checking" or "Savings". If there is a "Confirm" link next to the bank in question, that means the confirmation process has not yet been completed.

Yes, the minimum transfer amount is 40MYR in Malaysia. If you are transferring less than 400MYR, there is a fee of 3MYR. You can see more about that on our Fees page.
