Hi everyone. My case is the following. I had a paypal account before and I had it linked with my card. Due to scam issue, I was forced to remove the card and later disabled my profile. I created a new one now, but it's not allowing me to add the card as it says it is linked to another account. Considering the fact that I had it unlinked before disabling the old account. I did send emails to PayPal, but all I am getting is automated responses. Please advise.
