Hello everyone. Am Pam and I need assistance with my mpesa and PayPal account. I tried withdrawing the funds to my Mpesa and all I get is an error message 'Oops the withdraw could not be completed'. It's really annoying and an inconvenience. Been trying for 21 hours now. Any help one appreciated. TIA
