I used to send money from my master card normally to other paypal users.. but today and for the first time I received an amount from a user and is supposed to transfer it to my card. When I clicked on transfer to my card and after inserting all my card details I got this message "your MasterCard debit isn't eligible for instant transfers". Please help! I really need this amount in my bank account! I also called my bank and they said they have no idea I need to check with paypal! Help plz
