Hi,
I am based in South Africa and received payment for services delivered from client in the US.
When I tried to withdraw my funds, which I have done before, I got prompted to updated details first and my funds got placed on hold. After updating details they gave this message "You have successfully updated order information. You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification." However funds has still not been released and I am not getting help from paypal.
Can anyone shed some light on how to proceed please?
