Funds on Hold

Hi! I shipped a dress on August 9th and it was delivered on August 12th. I added the tracking number to the PayPal request I sent to the girl I sold the dress to, but PayPal is holding my funds until September 14th because I haven't been active in a while as I usually just use Venmo because I sell things locally and not super often. Is there anything else I can do to release the funds quickly? I could understand if it was a large amount that might have raised a red flag, but it was literally $52.
