I just started an Ebay account to sell a smart watch I previously bought. I received a notification that my buyer paid the $100, but it said that my payment was on hold. I assumed that it was because I had a brand new Ebay account and that was reasonable, but that was a few weeks ago now and it is still on hold...Is there any way to see why it is on hold and how much longer it will be that way?
