Failure to Transfer USD amount to own Bank Account

Hi,

I have been trying to make a fund transfer from PayPal of 2.00USD payment made by Surveyon to my personal bank account ie Maybank, Malaysia but unfortunately I'm unable to do so due to the PayPal screen pops out this words "We're sorry, this is more than you can transfer right now. Please enter a lower amount."  Is there any way to solve this problem? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. But what if I don't wish to do the transfer and let it stay in the PayPal account, will it be secured?
