Bank Verification Problem

Hello, 

What do I do if I need to verify my bank deposits, but my bank only shows one deposit in and out and there is suppose to be 2?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

There are 2 verification methods on PayPal. The 2 random deposits that will appear on your statement is one method and the second method is a single deposit with a 4 digit code provided in the reference part of your statement. Please review your statement again to see if a 4 digit code appears in the reference, it will appear PP*1234, for example, and it is the code you can use to verify your PayPal account.
