International transaction not enabled

Hi, 

I'm new to PayPal and just recently registered. I've been trying to make a payment in an online platform using PayPal but whenever I select my SBI Global Debit card and checkout, it says 'Enable international transaction or choose another card'. I've enabled the card for international transactions as it states on my bank account as well but still the problem persists. I've also tried removing and linking the card again, it still did not help.

Any idea why this is happening? kindly help.
