Hi, I have out the blue just received a chargeback for a brand new iPhone I sold last year on eBay for around 600 pound. This as been about 7 months after the buyer received it. They are saying item not as described. So 7 months, no messages on ebay or PayPal and now I'm in debt with PayPal. How is this possible? I waited a couple weeks and paypal messeged me today saying This chargeback type was not covered under Seller Protection. Does anyone know why? When I click on the sale it says I am, and it also as proof of delivery. Any help or info be appreciated, I'm getting robbed and don't know what to do. There saying there fighting my corner with the buyer but is this just **bleep** and will I be made to pay 600 pound and lose the phone? Thanks for your time
