I got earnest money from a person that wanted to buy my business. 2 months later he opened a dispute saying he never authorized the purchase and PayPal is holding my money while they investigate. I have proof he willingly sent me the money. He backed out of the business deal and so he lost his money as part of the agreement. How can PayPal just take what is mine?
