How do I respond to a dispute I have tried several times to going to the dispute center but it won’t let me respond the product was sent as agreed there is nothing wrong with the product he is not willing to send it back to me and says there is a stain on it I have proof and pictures of what I sent there is no stand how do I stop it from ripping me off and not giving my product back and except expecting me to pay him the money. If it is stained he did it, he should wash it off. Can someone help me.

If you cannot respond then the dispute was escalated to a claim and you communicate with PayPal now, not the buyer. Maybe you call customer service to speak with a dispute specialist:

Click “Call Us” at the bottom
If PayPal favors the buyer in the case, they will have to return it in order to get a refund. If they filed a "Item not as described" dispute.
