Hi Customer filed refund of $700 but why paypal approved refund full amount Even we already deal with replacement only if product pieces not good But paypal approve case favour behalf of customer side and approved refund full amount Customer got problem with only 30% of product pieces and want refund same only for 30% pieces So where I can answer them or what can I do?
