Issues to Deactivate account case resolution issues

Has anyone else had issues trying to delete account it’s says you have issues to resolve and when you go to the resolution center nothing is there to resolve and then it says you have cases open but I checked and they’re closed I don’t know what to do but I’m done with PayPal my account is constantly being charged for stuff I didn’t sign up for like some olas ltd please help

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
