Account cant be accessed cause of confirmation code error

Hello, my son has issue with his paypal account, he authorized me to ask you and to try solve this issue he has and the problem is that he cant contact paypal cause he cant access his account cause he doesnt receive his two factor authentication code to his mobile phone for some reason thats why i ask this for him, he tried several times including today and he cant pay or login or anything cause of that code doesnt arriving, please help him.

There is no one alive on paypal platform but only automated messages which doesnt solve nothing i need a person who can help us, we cant call the number paypal provided cause it cuts off and i dont have hundreds of dollars to spend to try to get them every day since they dont answer and i am sick of it.Please help us

Tell him to use the guest phone option if he can't log in.

This doesnt help at all it seems everyone is repeating the same useles things, i need someone at paypal who is a real human and who can solve this without getting him logged in, otherwise this platform has the worst support of any other i have used ever in my life.
