2-way authentication stuck to old primary email I deleted.

my main PayPal account have 2-way authentication from google authenticator. I changed my primary email to another and unfortunately I removed the old one from my PayPal account a little to fast and I also changed my password but I did no changes to 2-way authentication, i kept it with the old email. now when I try to access my PayPal account I login swiftly with the new info but it asks me for authentications code, I insert the code that I have in my google authenticator but it say we can not trust it's you.
