can't get to the credit page

Seems like ever since I turned on the 2FA, I can't get into the PP Credit area from a desktop browser.  I can still get in via the PP mobile app, so I can still make payments and whatever, but...

I get logged in with the phone code, accept the cookies, tell it to trust the browser, get into my PP account, click any of the few ways to get into PP Credit, which takes me to this uri (plus the code at the end)

and I get this:

Sorry about that

Looks like this action is not supported. Please return and report this error so that we can support it in the future. (invalid client_id or redirect_uri)

 

I've tried a few different PCs, even one at work, they all do the same thing.  I've tried both chrome and edge, cleared all site cookies, etc..
