What is the recovery procedure for lost 2FA authenticator app and phone?

Before enableing 2FA I'm looking for PayPal's 2FA recovery procedure in case I loose my autheticator app and phone. I can't seem to find any clear information on this in the help. Are there recovery codes that I should save?

If you lose your authenticator app or phone, you can access your PayPal account again by giving a call to the PayPal support team. There is no recovery codes to save to access your account again.
