i need an advice how to tackle some problems here.... Opened my new business paypal account - veriefied my bank account. all went well... and then the stupidity begins:
Wanted to buy an online tool. Payment was declined. Of course, no reasons were given. Had to call the support-hotline. "Jeah, you tried to purchase somethingover 100$... Thats fishy. Please put some money on your account so paypal does not have to pay upfront." Jeah, I understand that. But it would be a better UX IF YOU WOULD SAY SO AND PRINT THAT SOMEWHERE WHEN U LOGIN!!!! Of course, my account was blocked then for no reason.
Next Call with the support line, to get me unblocked. "Sorry, your accoutn is locked for today. We cant unblock it". For gods sake... you are minions of your own system. The system tells you, the admins, what to do... okay.
NExt Call with support line to get me unblocked the next day. Had to set a new password. No other option. Great. Can't use the original one... jeah, even better... Nice experience.
Changed from phone 2 factor to Microsoft Authenticator. Bad Idea. immediatly got logged out again and cant login anymore. Changing 2 factor seems to be fishy, too. Surprise - next call with that support hotline. Same procedure as EVERY DAY since 4 days now.Side note - I was not able to buy that **bleep** online app, yet.
Finally able to login. Sending me some money from my bank account. Hey SURPRISE - LOGGED OUT AGAIN.
Am I just stupid or what is this all about? Its been 7 days from now on and I can't buy anything cause the system does not let me. I am really **bleep** off.
