Trying to change name, how do I confirm that my files are sent and under review?

I've been trying to upload my Photo ID and Proof of Identity and there was no confirmation that I have sent the files correctly, and no email that my documents are under review.

Is there any way to check or confirm the status of my name-change request?

Once we've received your documents, our concern team will review your request and usually respond back to you within 3 to 5 business days. If it's been more than a week, you can certainly contact our customer support team to know the status.
