Locked out of account

I got locked out of my account, because PayPal deactivated my account and telled me to reset it,but I can't reset the password because to change it I need to confirm that it's my account,and I doesn't added my phone number on the account,so I need to confirm it's my account from the app but,I don't have access to the app because my password got deactivated,please someone help me, I have all my money in there

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
