Hello @Pickop,
Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I understand how there could be some confusion regarding a recent email you've received. Have you reviewed the information in this Help Center article: How to spot a fake, phishing, or fraudulent email.
If the email you received is legitimate, you should find steps to resolve any account issues in your Resolution Center.
I hope that helps!

I have received an email from paypal requesting I confirm my tax residency details. It has a 'confirm information' now link.
I have searched through my whole account on desktop and cannot see anywhere to prompt me to confirm my details.
I have received this email 3 times.
I checked previous forums but there has been a suggestion to validate if it is fake but the link is no longer valid. Please help

I see you're worried about the email requesting the confirmation of Tax residency details but not finding it in your PayPal account. Firstly, I suggest you to check the validity of the email by reporting it to PayPal. Here's the page with the information on spotting and reporting fake email's and website.
Any information notified by PayPal via email will always reflect in your PayPal account, If PayPal wants to review any information, you will able to see the details in the resolution center, Dashboard or in the notifications tab of your PayPal account.
